…and last night it happened!
Notorious camera shy Leonardo DiCaprio, who parades around NYC and LA when he isn’t island hopping with his best buds and models with a cap over his face and overly grown facial hair helping in his disguise tactics, or maybe that’s just his #IDFWU fashion sense, pulled off an impressive photobomb. Washed up rapper 50 Cent and supermodel legend/former-cell-phone-thrower Naomi Campbell nuzzled up together for a quick snap taken inside a Globes party. Our hero Leo, who was momentarily girl-less (this only happens once a decade or so), noticed the snap and posed behind 50 Cent, pulling off an adorable and impressive smile/pout combination, reminding us all of his Jack Dawson heartthrob days. His man bun was slicked back, his facial hair on point, and he out posed one of the greatest supermodels of our time (not Namoi–50 Centz clearly.) Leo’s probably picked up a few modeling and posing tricks and trades over the years, since you know, he only dates the hottest girls on Earth who happen to be MODELS. No word how Naomi took the photobomb news and if a cell phone fight was involved.
But speaking of more cell phones and more photobombing, the Golden Globes broadcast ended with a final skit of Meryl Streep posing with comedian Margaret Cho dressed as a North Korean reporter. (Because a North Korean + movie joke wasn’t to be expected at all.) The literal Birdman/Batman and Golden Globe winner of the night Michael Keaton took the snap of Streep and Cho on his Bat/Bird-phone, but Benedict Cumberbatch decided to reprise his role of hilarious photo bombing, quickly jumping into the air and waving his hands in the air like he didn’t care in his crisp white suit, making a hilarious face while doing so. Even though DiCaprio and Cumberbatch’s photobomb styles were different, Leo took the more suave route while Cumberbatch went full on the “I don’t give a fuck let me be stupid and funny,” both win for best photo bombs of the night and being awesome human beings in general.
