Bad news for all you Mormon Republicans out there. Former Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, who ran in the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, has issued a formal statement that he will not be attempting the 2016 Presidential nomination. “After putting considerable thought into making another run for president, I’ve decided it is best to give other leaders in the party the opportunity to become our next nominee,” Romney said in a conference call with a group of close supporters. After a decade of failed attempts to become President, it seems Romney has finally given up the dream. “I did not want to make it more difficult for someone else to emerge who may have a better chance of becoming the president,” he said. We actually are sad to see Mittens leave the prez game. He governed Mass to left of Obama. And Mitt was easy and enjoyable to cover on the trail, always friendly and, in actual reality, an all around good guy.
