How old were you when you first discovered punk rock? Not as young as these kids moshing to Black Flag’s “TV Party,” I’d guess. For whatever reason, Noisey —Vice’s music channel—collected a kindergarten class’ worth of precocious British youngs to jump around to the punk classic while simultaneously giving their definition of what punk is, among other subjects. ”Punk is being naughty,” one little girl says, “Your grandma and daddy tell you to do something and you don’t.” Adorable! They even did a spiritually faithful recreation of the setting in the original Black Flag video, right down to the grainy film quality. I’m pretty sure the “beer” the kids are drinking is just water, or maybe soda, but you never know. Nothing is funnier than a drunk child.
