One third of NY rap trio Hand Job Academy, genderqueer artist Uncle Meg has unveiled the first taste of her forthcoming solo EP Dangerfield, slated for release September 15. A collaboration with artist Vicky Healy (a.k.a. Meltycats), Meg’s “Uncle Freestyle” video stars the rising rapper letting loose around Brooklyn with a giant pink cat (bc, duh). The clip, which was shot by longtime business partner April Maxey and directed by Meg, is a colorful pairing to the P. Kilmure-produced house track, now available for free download, here.
