A weekly dose of cool-as-shit armchair travel: that’s the offering at Jungles in Paris, a new website from travel and style writer (and BULLETT contributor) Darrell Hartman and his filmmaker-brother, Oliver.
Since launching in May, the site has been putting out image-driven stories sourced from around the world, on subjects ranging from outlaw bikers in Yemen to Icelandic volcanoes and geishas in Japan. For a real trip, there’s a mesmerizing video of a lake in Micronesia that’s filled with golden jellyfish.
The site’s next feature focuses on Moscow Metro stations. Shot by Israeli photographer Tomer Ifrah, it’s a moody take on what has to be one of the most remarkable subterranean environments on earth. And not just because of all the gorgeous women in furs. BULLETT’s got the exclusive preview. For more, check out or follow Jungles in Paris.
