Sibling designers Cozette McCreery and Sid Bryan presented their fall ’16 collection during LFW, inspired by the inimitable Grace Jones—an iconic they channeled for menswear, as well. The knitwear duo was a fan of Lurex this season, which appeared throughout the lineup in obliterating shades of lilac, sunshine yellow and royal blue, as a reference to Jones’ Portfolio album artwork.

Oversized Lurex knitted headphones and helmets could jumpstart an evening of clubbing, filling the dance floor before bagging a lift on a getaway scooter after a fabulous night. The collection was appropriately playful, embodied signature styles of the ’70s and married Sibling’s pioneer techniques with innovative fabrication.

A lilac party girl cardigan with hand-sewn sequin trimming and hooded lace playsuits offered perhaps the most Jones-esque pieces in Sibling’s collection—although, there’s not a single piece in the collection Grace couldn’t grace, gracefully.
