It’s exciting when two headline-level acts decide to tour together, since opening bands can often be a drag and you may as well pool all your money into a show with extra oomph. This summer, Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z may try their hand at the joint tour, as Rolling Stone is reporting they’re considering 11 to 13 stadium dates across the country—rumors bolstered by comments Timberlake made before the Grammys alluding to the possibility of such an endeavor: “We’re definitely going to go on tour . . . I don’t know how much I should say. . . . It’s going to be a lot of fun, I know that.”

So! It will be fun, and it will be expensive. Apart from the ticket prices, the fact that they’re taking place in stadiums means a hell of a lot of nickel and diming when it comes to food, beverages, t-shirts, photographs, official Timberlake-branded condoms, etc., which means any forward-thinking man or woman looking to pull out all the stops for the best relationship-starting or sealing date of the year should probably begin a slush fund to pay for the event starting right now, lest they be stuck with other bummer of a doubleheader. In case you need to prepare, you can follow Timberlake on Instragam. Oh, so he’s one of those b&w fetishizing bros, isn’t he?
