RIP LMFAO: Douche Pop Icons Go Quietly Into the Night

+

In news that proves that there may be hope yet for the collective dreams of a beleaguered nation to come true, LMFAO’s Refoo, aka the old one, has announced that he and nephew Sky Blu, aka the dangerous one, are sliding gently off into that eternal party in the sky.

“I feel like we’ve been doing this for so long, five or six years. And we’re kind of like saying, well, let’s just do what’s natural and just kind of explore that, instead of like forcing it all the time,” Redfoo said (via).

I’ve been meaning to suggest the same thing to you guys for a while now. Guess I’ll cross that off to-do list.

As he explained in an interview with the Associated Press, Redfoo has his fingers in all sorts of other projects at the moment, including a line of tennis apparel, and various somethings or others with some sort of sports things I couldn’t really pay attention long enough to sort out. Among those projects include penning a song for the New England Patriots, he said, which makes a lot of sense, because when you think of mirthful, ironic #electrodouchepop, the first thing that comes to mind is Bill Belichick in a pair of fluorescent Zubaz pants.
