Everyone knows Rihanna works the best lewks—even Rihanna herself. In a bold—but pretty unsurprising move—by the superstar, her latest Stance sock collaboration features an ode to herself and all of her most seminal style moments. Of course, that means her 2014 CFDA bejeweled lilac look and 2015 Met Gala number by Guo Pei. Featuring two box sets, the “Award Show” and the “Music Video,” each containing two pairs of socks, the Rihanna x Stance “Iconic” collection is, well, iconic.
And though the collection does not feature any Vetements hoodies, weed smoke, or that unforgettable MadeMe Slutz tank, it does commemorate the strip club statement from “Pour It Out”—obvs. Because, like, who wouldn’t want to wear Rihanna in a diamond bralet and cutoffs on their socks? Last but not least, we have the netted Rasta number from “Work.” Though, we are a little bummed that Rih skipped out on “Bitch Better Have My Money.” Maybe on the next drop.
Still, the idea of paying homage to yourself seems kind of ridiculous—even for Rihanna. She should’ve just stuck to Queen memes. Now those socks, I’d DEFINITELY buy.
