There is no doubt that Angela Lindvall won the genetic lottery. You will be thrilled or enraged to discover that she is also intelligent, amusing, and generally lovely in every possible way. BULLETT caught up with the all-American supermodel as she showcased her DJ skills (or lack thereof) at a packed Fashion’s Night Out afterparty hosted by Haute Hippie at the Gramercy Park Hotel’s Rose Bar. The conversation that ensued was not quite what one would expect from the average supermodel.

What was the highlight of your evening? Did you get up to anything before this?
Right now! And eating dinner. Everyone runs around and they forget to eat, but I planned to eat and I enjoyed it.

You’re quite the DJ.
Thank god I have help, because this is pretty technical.

And what kind of music can we expect tonight?
We’re really playing old school RnB mixed in with modern stuff and somehow we’re also throwing some ’80s shit in there. We’re getting funky.

Besides your budding DJ career, what else is keeping you busy these days?
I’m designing my own line of jewelry, that’s really fun because it’s something I really believe in. I’m travelling to different cultures to get my inspiration, with my kids. Mostly I’m submerging myself in the type of life I want to create to see where I can make my business align with that.
