If you’re reading these words, then you’re about to watch a trailer for a documentary called 12 O’Clock Boys. We’re a little late on this—the clip hit the web on Aug 7, 42 years ago in internet time—but what you’re about to see is so mesmerizing that we felt compelled to share. The movie premiered at this year’s SXSW, and was immediately scooped up by boutique distributor Oscilloscope Laboratories, who are planning a 2014 release. It follows a group of kids in inner-city Baltimore (fans of The Wire will recognize those accents) who ride around town performing outrageous stunts on dirt bikes and ATVs, while the police do everything they can to stop them. They call themselves the 12 O’Clock Boys, and one boy in particular, who seems to be the focus, will do anything to join them. Check it out below.
