Originally trained as a graphic designer, the Amsterdam based Marco van Rijt has quickly established himself as a portrait photographer for the cool circuit of fashion, including: Rad Hourani, Sonny Groo and Valentijn de Hingh. Over the past several years, van Rijt’s minimalist fashion editorial scenes have graced the pages of That Magazine Paris,TheOnes2Watch, and Vogue Italia.

In this submitted BULLETT editorial, “STRANGER” van Rijt puts his stark androgynous twist on the classic fashion story. With clean but avant-garde menswear by the likes of Raf Simons, Prada, and Jil Sander, van Rijt captures a curiously alienating character as he moves through vacant streets.

What’s something other than your camera that goes with you everywhere? My hard disk.
