It’s fast becoming an Internet-wide Monday morning ritual to embed and talk about whatever the hell John Oliver got up to the night before. Despite being on just once a week, the former Daily Show correspondent has done a remarkable job at keeping his takes as fresh and relevant as his two counterparts on Comedy Central. Speaking of which, both Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are off this week, which means Oliver had the nightmarish events in Ferguson, MO, all to himself. He did not disappoint. Oliver spent much of the fifteen minute segment echoing the outrage we’ve all felt at one point or another, only when he does it, it somehow manages to funny.
