Garage Magazine Launches Stops, a Sartorial Social Media Site

In today’s primped and preening society, there is an overwhelming hunger for streetstyle. We’d never want to count, but can guess that there are, at least (if not more), than a thousand blogs devoted to the ‘art’ of what you’re wearing. Stops is the newest entry to the sartorial genre, and comes courtesy of international glossy Garage magazine. The website curates crowd-sourced personal style photos and encourages readers to share their own favorite looks categorized by designer. There is also an “other” category, specifically for those of you who are thinking your newest Zara or vintage purchase might make the cut by Garage magazine’s standards. The most crowd-pleasing images (those with the most ‘loves’) by the end of this year will score some serious designer swag, which raises the question: Do these fashionistas really need more fancy duds?
