Few things can point one toward the foggy ruins of time like those reliably entertaining/harrowing slideshows that show stars then and now, their aged and/or medically-enhanced faces staring out at us as to remind of how far we’ve come and what we’ll never get back. Which is why this photo album showing a Full House reunion 25 years later is such a nice surprise: because it shows the Tanner family interacting warmly and naturally rather than being stitched together through a cold, unfeeling “next” arrow.

Most of the gang is there, too: Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Candace Cameron, Jodi Sweetin, Andrea Barber, Lori Loughlin, and more, all there to share in the delight of posing with a cake made up to look like the old house. But it looks like a blast! Really, it does. It doesn’t even matter that the most famous alums from the show—Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen—aren’t there, instead choosing to suck down vodka sodas at some overpriced Manhattan club for, like, the 478th week in a row. So passe. Again, it doesn’t seem to have ruined the fun, and maybe because they’re all thinking about one thing: Who’s going to do it with who once everyone’s liquored up. Ha ha, gross!
