“To be honest, I thought we were a bit forgotten,” Miki Berenyi of beloved UK shoegaze act Lush told the Guardian recently about contemplating the idea of a reunion years back. “There were books coming out about [90s music] and we barely got a bloody whisper.”
That’s all changed now, as the 90s band, best known for their mix of shoegaze textures and indelible pop hooks, have rocketed to the head of this years’s reunion class.
Lush who played their first show in 20 years last year, have also got plans for new material in the works. They’ll begin the tour in los Angeles in April, before hitting Coachella, and major cities around the country throughout the spring.
